Hey All,
I wanted to apologize for my unplanned extended absence from creating regular posts. My personal life has been an absolute whirlwind, and admittedly it got in the way of me doing a lot of the things that bring me joy (like writing here on substack).
Eventually, I was able to put the pieces somewhat back together and I’m excited to return to writing about topics that ignite me.
My agenda still calls for three pieces a week, and that’s exactly what I am committing to deliver. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to the people who messaged me to check in, y’all are golden.
Shit happens, but we always bounce back.
Week in Review
This past week has been very exciting, I’m approaching final round interviews with two prestigious companies, both of which would require me to relocate a ways away from my hometown. And between interview prep, industry research, self-skill audits, and manifestation exercises, I don’t have much mental real estate left for anything else. That being said, I’ve stuck true to my goal of running regularly which has been a pleasant albeit arduous change of pace.
There is a bit more to unpack here but I promised myself I’d have this post up by noon, so I’ll leave the smaller details for Substack Notes.
Recent Inspirations:
Creator: Nick Bare Fitness I’ve been consuming boatloads of his content over the past few weeks during my hiatus. Not so much for the intimate details of becoming a hybrid athlete, but more so to stay inspired and focused on my own fitness journey.
My focus has always been strength training, but recently I felt there was both a physical and mental endurance aspect that my training wasn’t covering. I wasn’t entirely certain how to bring both aspects together until I came across this beast’s page. Check him out.
Creator: Clark Kegley Now this guy is a bit mainstream, and he never fails to plug his products, resources, or coaching, but the reality is, his content is so damn good I really don’t mind at all.
His videos on Raising Vibrations and Identity Shifting have been paramount to my recent internal progress. So much so, that I do plan on creating a post about them in the near future.
